The kids were painting with their watercolors and my wife really wanted me to watch over them. So she says, “You could do a very cool watercolor Buzz!” Her manipulation worked.
This Buzz says, “I have Burt’s nose!”
What if, instead of Superman, Sloth from The Goonies had been infatuated with Buzz Lightyear? This is what it might have looked like.
This Buzz says, “Baby Ruuuuth!”
My three year old son heard about tattoos today. He asked his mom if he could have one… she naturally said no. He came crying to me… I said, “You can have a tattoo if you want a tattoo!” and since he wouldn’t know a tattoo from a hole in the wall, I drew a Buzz on his arm. He’s happy. He also has food on his face.
This Buzz says, “I make a three year old look all gangsta!”
I know it’s been February since we’ve done a show… but real life gets busy and podcasting had to take a back seat. We’re slowly rolling out new content on most of our NLCast Network shows… and this one is on the list.

Why you ask? Why not! The idea struck me as funny/awesome so I quickly created a Cheeze-it in a Buzz costume. Enjoy.

I’ve been wanting to work up a Dinosaur version of Buzz Lightyear and though I thought it would be a more authentic looking version… toon it is.
This Buzz says, “I’m to cute to eat you.”
The inspiration for this Buzz came from Pixel Joint. Specifically from sedgemonkey. I made some modifications to the wings and would have done a few more if time allowed. I can’t afford to be a perfectionist and still crank these out every day.
This Buzz says, “That’s my son back there. Just ignore him. He’s special.”

My two great loves: Buzz Lightyear and Doctor Who… especially David Tennant’s incarnation. These guys are made from Perler Beads. David was created from a bit of work done over at Esty by weelittlestiches… and the Buzz follows the same style, but is original.
This Buzz says, “I don’t care what anyone says… bow ties are NOT cool!”
When I saw the shape of this wooden door hanger hanging on the wall at Micheal’s this is what I saw. So I bought it and made it look like that. I do admit that he looks a little odd with the doorknob sticking out of his mouth. But it’s my home office doorknob… so that’s pretty cool with me.
This Buzz says, “This is very uncomfortable.”
Not every Buzz turns out the way I imagine it will. Here is a perfect example of this. Darth Vader and Buzz Lightyear… a match made in Geek Heaven, right? Wrong! Fail! He looks like a fat, dorky Sith Lord.
I’ll be redoing this one. You can count on that.
