Along with all of the wonderful Buzz Lightyear items I’m sharing on a daily basis, I thought it would be prudent to share some of the things I down own.
Buzz stuff that I don’t own falls into three categories:
Do Not Want. These items are cheap, stupid looking, or just doesn’t do it for me. I also don’t purchase things that won’t display well on a shelf.
Too Expensive. There are many, many Buzz items I would own if they weren’t way overpriced or just outright costly.
Can’t buy it. Not everything I want to buy is available to buy. Stuff coming out of Japan can be hard to acquire. But most of the items in this category are no longer for sale. Ebay will have them once in a while… but it’s not likely.
Haven’t bought it yet. I can’t just buy everything I want all at once. I have a budget just like everyone else.
So without further ado, here are some items I don’t own.
Buzz Lightyear Space Crane Lamp
This item defiantly falls in the “too expensive” category. You can find them on Amazon for $199 and on Ebay for $399. I love lamp… but I’m not spending that kind of cash.
Buzz Lightyear Super Hip Flat Billed Hat
Even though I hate flat billed hats I’ll admit this is a great hat. Buzz is seamlessly printed across the front there. Looks great. This item falls in the “do not want” category. Why? It’s sized for a child. It is a hat. It will end up in storage because you can’t really display something like this. They had these at Target for a while. I was tempted… but no dice.
and last but not least…
Awesome Custom Buzz Lightyear Cosplay Costume
This suit is amazing. Battle-damage and all. I have always wanted a Buzz costume… but this joker takes the cake. This suit is most defiantly a “can’t buy” item as it is a one of a kind. I’ve seen a lot of Buzz cosplay but this suit is by far my favorite. Maybe one day I’ll run into this guy at a convention and snap a picture.
